Directions to Brookfield

From Frederick   I-70 west to I-81 south to Marlowe/Falling Waters Exit 23, then go north on Route 11 approximately 1 mile.  Turn right onto Broad Lane.  Proceed ½ mile to the entrance tof Brookfield Subdivision on the right.  Turn right on Rivanna Run to an immediate left into the Sales Model Parking Lot.

Directions to Willow Ridge

From Frederick  I-70 west to I-81 south to Spring Mills exit 20, go west on 901 for approximately ¼ mile to a left onto St. Andrews Drive at the “T”.  Turn right on Nipetown Road for 2 miles to the “T” in the road.  Turn right on Ropp Road for ¼ mile. Willow Ridge Subdivision is on the right.

From Martinsburg  I-81 north to Spring Mills exit 20, go west on 901 for approximately ¼ mile to a left onto St. Andrews Drive to the “T”.  Turn right on Nipetown Road for 2 miles to the “T” in the road.  Turn right on Ropp Road for ¼ mile. Willow Ridge Subdivision is on the right.

Directions to Bridle Creek

From Frederick  I-70 west to I-81 south to N. Queen Street exit 16E.  At 4th traffic light, turn left onto Eagle School Rd.  Proceed on Eagle School Rd. for approx 1.5 miles.  Pass Eagle School Intermediate School.  Bridle Creek Subdivision Entrance on left.

From Martinsburg  I-81 to N. Queen Street exit 16E.  At 4th traffic light, turn left onto Eagle School Rd.  Proceed on Eagle School Rd. for approx 1.5 miles.  Pass Eagle School Intermediate School.  Bridle Creek Subdivision Entrance on left.

Directions to Hammond’s Mill

From Frederick   I-70 west to I-81 south to Spring Mills exit 20, take Route 901 east to the stop light.  Turn right on Route 11 south for 1/8 mile, left onto Casteel Drive.  The Townhome Sales Model is the first townhome on your right.

From Martinsburg  I-81 north to Spring Mills exit 20, take Route 901 east to the stop light.  Turn right on Route 11 south for 1/8 mile, left onto Casteel Drive.  The Townhome Sales Model is the first townhome on your right.
