PHBC Wins Tops Honors for New Homes WV
On October 29, 2011, at its annual convention, the Home Builders Association of West Virginia announced that West Virginia home builders PHBC won top honors in its 2011 "Best in WV" competition. First place awards in two categories, Best Single Family Home – Class V (over 4,000 square feet) and Best Multi-family Project for Sale (for the Hammonds Mill villas) went to PHBC.
