Our Brookfield residents boats, jet skis , etc. are in the river! PHBC is pleased to announce that construction of the boat ramp on the Potomac here at Brookfield is now complete. The two pavilions on the 12 acres of preserved land owned by the HOA near the ramp are under construction with completion of these expected this week also. The river fun has begun!
