Brookfield wins 1st Place Award - 2009 "Best in WV"
Brookfield wins 1st place award in the 2009 Best In West Virginia competition as the Residential Development of the Year!
Given to Panhandle Homes of Berkeley County by the EPHBA at their recent 30th anniversary meeting, this award is another in a long line of 1st place awards won by PHBC over the years for excellence in home building and neighborhood development.
The Brookfield community offers a variety of splendid home sites, many of which are wooded to the rear and also adjoin common area to the rear, thereby providing privacy as well as a scenic setting.
In addition, many acres of preserved open and wooded space are a part of the Brookfield setting.
