Please address ALL warranty issues to our Warranty Department located at Panhandle Builders: 222 Langston Blvd. Martinsburg, WV 25404. You can also contact via email: warranty@panhandlebuilders.com. While the Sales Office is happy to assist with faxing or copying the Year End Lists, they do not handle warranty items.

Submit a Warranty Request
All scheduled Warranty Work will be conducted Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:00 – 3:30. Our workmen begin their day at 7:00 a.m., therefore, it is necessary for them to have access to your home at that time.
