Step 1
Decide on a budget that best fits your needs and obtain a preapproval letter from a local lender. We can even help with finding the lender who meets your needs. Visit our Local Lenders tab for a list of qualified local lending institutions.
Step 2
Select from the range of homes sites that we offer in our various communities. We are certain to have a home site that meets your expectations.
Step 3
We will help you find just the right home for you from our expansive portfolio of home plans.
Step 4
Once the home plan and features are selected and the desired budget is maintained, we will write a contract to build the proposed home. The contract compiles all that we have discussed to this point and serves as the playbook moving forward in the process.
Step 5
We allow our customers to choose between a wide variety of standard and upgraded features in our in-house selection room. Additional custom options can be discussed and added if you choose.
Step 7
Once the home has been framed you will have a walk-through with the construction superintendent to review and make any needed adjustments to the electrical before drywall is installed.
Step 8
At this point your home is complete and has been professionally cleaned. Our Warranty Manager will walk you around you new home and explain the functions and features. We will also be looking to ensure everything was constructed to the required specifications.
Step 9
Begin enjoying your new home! Our team is always available for questions and we will follow up to schedule your one year warranty check up.
